Microsoft announced on Tuesday plans to buy anti-virus vendor Sybari Software. Microsoft bought GeCAD, another anti-virus vendor, two years ago. Why buy two? Sybari is focused more on securing e-mail and instant-messaging systems than was GeCAD.
